Welcome to Fideo. By using this application, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Service Description

Our app allows users to earn points by uploading valid purchase receipts. These points can later be redeemed for rewards or offers available in the app.

2. Earning Points

• Users earn a specific number of points for each valid receipt that is uploaded and approved by our system.
• Receipts must be clear, original, and must show the date, total amount, and merchant name.
• Receipts older than [X days] from the purchase date are not accepted.
• We reserve the right to reject any invalid, unclear, duplicate, or suspicious receipts.

3. Using Points

• Points can be redeemed for offers, vouchers, or other rewards as listed in the “Redeem Points” section.
• Points cannot be transferred, sold, or converted to cash.
• Points are valid for [e.g. 6 months] from the date they are earned.

4. Fair Use Policy

• Any fraudulent activities (e.g. using fake receipts, image manipulation, multiple accounts) will result in account suspension or termination.
• Users are prohibited from attempting to cheat or exploit the system.
• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Uploaded receipts and personal information are used only for verification and service purposes.
• We do not share your data with third parties, unless legally required.
